Shipping, Returns and Warranty


We want you to have the best experience possible with 501 Parts. We ship all orders same or next day depending on the time of purchase. We ship USPS First Class for free (U.S. only) and orders are typically on your doorstep within 1-3 days of shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking number. We also offer expedited shipping (Priority mail  and Express USPS’s fastest method) which you have the option to choose at checkout. This usually arrives in 1-2 business day to most locations.

International orders– We ship to Canada and other countries often and have no problem doing so. You will see the option at checkout. Packages will go out USPS First Class International unless otherwise requested. We do our best to get all packages out the same or next business day.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please feel free to return the item. All returns should be made within 90 days of the purchase. Items should be unused and undamaged. This does not apply to warranty returns. Returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Products damaged or defaced due to installation are non-refundable.


 We offer a lifetime  warranty for our servo motors. If it fails under normal operating conditions, we will replace it for free. Please provide your original purchase receipt for the warranty. For our complete servo assemblies, we offer a 1  year warranty. These warranties are non-transferable and cover only the buyer listed on the original receipt. Should a problem arise, contact us immediately via the contact tab at the top of the page or call or text 501-658-0219 and we will arrange a replacement or another solution of your liking promptly. We can’t warranty water damaged or incorrectly installed parts but we will help you out any way we can. All other electrical parts are not warrantied for a specific time, but if you run into problems with our parts, let us know and we will make it right.
